Amek, based in Popowo, near Wronki (55km from Poznan), specialises in the production of details, machine parts and equipment by means of machining using numerically controlled machine tools.

Amek is a modern company and the machine park consists of CNC machine tools from renowned companies Gildemeister and Haas. Parts are manufactured using branded cutting tools.

The use of modern solutions both in terms of technology and instrumentation ensures high accuracy of the manufactured parts and, importantly, continuous repeatability of the production series.

Production is based on customer documentation or samples.

Our offer

Its business profile is production and cooperation services in the field of manufacturing parts by machining on numerically controlled machine tools.
We carry out small, medium and high volume production.
OWe machine in all types of steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium and plastics. Our machine park consists of modern CNC lathes and CNC milling machines. We also provide services in the area of band saw cutting and MIG welding.

Turning

We offer a CNC turning service that is characterised by precision and high quality workmanship. Thanks to advanced machines and an experienced team of specialists, we are able to meet even the most demanding projects. Milling

CNC milling is a mechanical process in which the cutting tool rotates around its axis, removing material from the workpiece. Computerised control allows the movements of the tool to be accurately directed and the speed and depth of cut to be controlled. This makes it possible to create complex shapes with a high degree of accuracy.

CAM support

We are supported by 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software in the design and modelling of parts and production preparation.

Surface treatment

Surface finishing
Using co-operation, we can offer our customers surface finishing of manufactured components in the form of:
– galvanising
– blackening
– chromating
– anodising
– KTL painting
and others.

We also offer heat treatment in the form of hardening, tempering, etc. of manufactured components.

Machine park

Our state-of-the-art machinery consists of a variety of equipment that supports production processes at the highest level. Among these are:
CNC lathes – Enable precision machining, which is crucial for the production of parts with complex shapes and high accuracy.
